Is it OK to request DWG's in an older release of AutoCAD?

Most experienced AutoCAD users understand that not everyone has the newest release of AutoCAD and many people  & companies still have the oldest release.  It's good CAD etiquette to find out which version of AutoCAD the major players on your team are working with.  We routinely save AutoCAD drawings down to various releases of AutoCAD for our clients.  It's best to clarify the version of AutoCAD you need at the outset of a project.  It's always a hassle, if drawings have to be sent back to be saved down so that someone on your team can open them.   If you have questions about the topic, contact us at Support@ClearLogicGroup.com  -- posted 3/20/12
